Princeton University - Forbes College Dining Hall
As part of ongoing renovations to the Dining Facilities at Forbes College, Clarke Caton Hintz as part of our purchase order agreement, designed a pilot project on campus to utilize trayless food returns. Providing trays to students allows them to "pile up" food and drink water under their meal plan. By eliminating the tray, this situation is minimized therefore providing significant savings associated with meal services.
This project entailed removing the existing tray return. The existing dish return was augmented as well as providing new millwork for silverware and garbage. Work also included structural alterations to the kitchen and extensive tile work.
