The Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor Project Selected Winner of the 2005 NJ Planning Officials Award

Trenton, NJ – Clarke Caton Hintz, together with the Bayone Local Redevelopment Authority, Ehrenkrantz Eckstut & Kuhn Architects and Fidelco Realty Group will be honored recipients at the annual NJPO Achievement in Planning Awards Banquet on April 29, 2005 at the Somerset Hills Hotel in Warren Township for The Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor Project.

The Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor will transform the former Military Ocean Terminal into a mixed use community extending two miles into the New York Harbor. The master plan calls for five distinctive residential neighborhoods with a concentration of service and destination retail, select commercial office locations, special leisure/recreation and cultural attractions, civic facilities, and public open space all accessible by public transit, water transportation, and private automobile.
