TRENTON, NJ - Brian Slaugh was recently appointed as consulting planner to two municipalities in Burlington County, New Jersey -- Lumberton Township and Pemberton Township. Lumberton Township is experiencing suburban growth pushing eastward from the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Lumberton is one of two municipalities in New Jersey with a transfer of development rights (TDR) program along with Chesterfield Township, also a client of Clarke Caton Hintz. Pemberton Township, on the other hand, has lost population and has an active urban enterprise zone (UEZ) geared towards redevelopment and revitalization of jobs and industry. Clarke Caton Hintz's municipal consulting provides expert planning services to governing bodies and municipal land development agencies.
