Clarke Caton Hintz designed a prototypical village for the municipality for the receiving zone utilizing the principles of neo-traditional development. These include an interconnected street network, a street layout organized around civic elements and parks, mixed use buildings incorporating stores and apartments, and a wide variety of housing types surrounded by a greenbelt.
