The new Mt. Ephraim Senior Housing building is a four story masonry and wood frame structure, with a wood truss roof. The exterior is brick and vinyl siding. The interior includes a gracious lobby with adjacent administrative spaces, a large multi-purpose meeting room with a common kitchen leading to an outdoor terrace, a craft room and a laundry facility on the first floor.
