Clarke Caton Hintz’s newly formed Interior Design department has been retained by Herring Properties, owners of 23 Orchard Road, Skillman, NJ to design all the tenant fit-out work in the building. The building, which was recently renovated, contains over 250,000 square feet on 3 floors.
CCH will be responsible to meet with prospective tenants to perform a Program Analysis to determine the tenant’s space requirements. This will be followed by the creation of the required construction documents to assist with the building permit process. An optional service offered is assisting with the coordination of interior finishes and furniture, both the relocation of the client’s existing furniture or the purchase of new furniture.
Additionally, CCH has prepared updated marketing plans for use by the real estate brokers to graphically depict the plan for prospective tenants. Currently, approximately 200,000 square feet has been built for clients with the remaining area available.
