Rowan University is replacing both home and visitor grandstands at John Page Stadium. The new grandstands will maintain the current capacity and be fully ADA compliant. A new elevator will be constructed for access to the press box.
The rear structural columns at the home side grandstand will be extended above the top row of seats and cantilevered outward to provide supports for new photovoltaic panels which will double as shading devices. Clarke Caton Hintz also designed the masonry elevator enclosure at the rear of the home side grandstand to act as a landmark for the football complex using its height as a marquis for signage.
