Clarke Caton Hintz was retained by Warren Township to plan and implement a 57 unit low and moderate income housing development. The Township was advised on the procedures to create a Redevelopment Area and prepared a Request for Proposal for private developers interested in building the units. The RFP set forth the project design and specifications and provided the criteria for developer selection.
