The firm was selected as architect and planner for three sites in
Princeton Borough, which were programmed to have 36 dwelling units.
Clarke Caton Hintz worked closely with local community groups on the
location and design characteristics of each individual site. Within the
development are a mix of unit types -- one and two bedroom flats and
three bedroom townhouses. The gables which punctuate the front facades
are also a common architectural element in the area. Each unit has been
designed with private outdoor space.
