Clarke Caton Hintz prepared a redevelopment plan and report for the
Borough of Bernardsville. The firm proceeded to design the project,
assist the Borough with the selection of a builder and the negotiations
related to the construction contract. The development consists of six
buildings with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. The site
design concept is to cluster the townhouses around the parking area so
as to form a court. In the center of the court there is a landscaped
green with a gazebo.
