Clarke Caton Hintz designed the Evesham Township affordable housing
project site plan along neo-traditional planning principles. All
vehicle access is off of a "main street" which is the organizing spine
for the entire project. The housing is arranged so that it gives
definition to the main street and to large semi-formal open spaces.
Parking is located away from the main street and the public open areas.
The multi-family design scheme is for 256 units of which 51 would be
reserved for low and moderate income households. The affordable units
would become part of the Township's plan of compliance with its fair
share obligation.
