The 50 acre historic Roebling Complex is the site for an urban redevelopment master plan in Trenton, New Jersey. The First Phase, including a supermarket, retail shops, senior housing, office space and arena has been completed. The design restored and emphasized much of the existing, extraordinary buildings and reflected the Roebling Complex's strong industrial character.
