Clarke Caton Hintz were retained to prepare an overall plan and urban design for a mixed use retail/civic center to be developed on an 18 acre site located along Martin Luther King Drive in Jersey City. The following is a list of the prime development components: full service supermarket, retail shops and service establishments, professional office space, U.S. post office facility, Jersey City Fire Station, Jersey City community police station, African-American cultural center/museum, in-fill townhouses and apartments.
