Clarke Caton Hintz was retained to renovate the Benjamin Gray House,
with a proposed addition, into 10,000 sf of office space. The building
was restored as much as possible, with the addition designed to match
the style and vocabulary of the original. The new addition includes
additional office space, workrooms, conference rooms and accessible
bathrooms. Using the historic features as touchstones, the addition was
designed in the Federal style to present the complex as a unified whole.
