Clarke Caton Hintz has been retained by the Burlington County College
to prepare master plans for both the Pemberton and the Mt. Laurel
campuses. CCH will begin the plans by studying each existing campus.
Existing physical plant information will be compiled and a computer/CAD
database/MAP file will be created which will contain all site
information; building plans, paving utility lines, landscape lighting,
grading, wetland, and set-back lines.
