Mill Hill is a National Historic District in downtown Trenton. Consisting of a variety of brick and frame rowhouses built between 1835 and 1890, the neighborhood has been undergoing redevelopment for a number of years. Clarke Caton Hintz worked with Atlantis Historic Properties, LLC, to take a number of deteriorating structures and restore them as single-family houses.
