McCorristin Square Senior Housing is a project that combines both new construction and renovation. The project sits on the corner of Leonard Ave. and Newkirk Ave. on the grounds of the former Monsignor McCorristin High School Convent Building. The (3) story, 17,000 sf Convent building will be converted into (12) apartments. Adjacent to the renovated existing building will be a new (2) story, 54,000 sf building which will contain (58) apartment units.
