Passaic Riverfront Revitalization

The Passaic Riverfront Master Plan calls for a continuous public park and riverwalk to extend from the Rt. 1-9 bridge in the south to the City's border with Belleville in the north. The proposed Minish Park esplanade has been incorporated into a more extensive riverfront park system, which will service both downtown development and the City's residential areas.
