Hudson County Community College

In conjunction with the successful master plan and a campus way-finding identification system (also by CCH), the facade replacement at Sip Avenue was the first project at the College to utilize both the new design standards and signage requirements.

Previously, the Sip Avenue project was three distinctly separate structures with a common, albeit, deteriorated facade. The existing facade was removed and a new facade was designed and constructed to match the vocabulary of the other College owned buildings surrounding its main Journal Square campus in Jersey City.
